Farewell 2006...

Today is December 31, 2006, and it's time for me to reflect my ups and downs of this year. First I need to thank God that nothing bad had happened to myself, my family, and my friends, everyone beside me were happy and healthy, which I was truly glad!

The one and only down of this year is being single and still waiting for 'the one' to turn up in my life, which sometimes can be a bit frastrating. But hey, as mama always said,

You can't hurrry love.
No, you just have to wait.
Because love don't come easy.
It's a game of give and take.

You can't hurry love.
No, you just have to wait.
You got to trust, give it time.
No matter how long it takes.

Other than my love life, I would say 2006 had been a GREAT year and there were FOUR highlights, which I wanted to share with you all!

The Ministry of Pleasure
Wow, what more can I say? Over 25,000 hits in five months time! That is roughly 5,000 hits per month and around 160 hits per day! I am truly flattered by these numbers, and without your 'click', I am nothing! So, many many thanks guys and I hope I've been fullfilling your pleasure.

Meet the Madge
Back in August, Her Madgesty's Confessions Tour in Cardiff was my 'virgin' experience of Madonna live. Madonna herself said it was a special night, and it was. From the moment the giant disco ball went down, to the spectacular finale of Hung Up, Madonna's energy defied belief. Her voice was fantastic and she never once faultered. Together with 59,000 people and had a chance to get into the Golden Circle, it was definitely the best ever concert of my life!

The Downunder
CRIKEY! What a trip! My 5-week adventure to Australia was one true experience that really opened my eyes. Their culture, scenery, wildlife, and not to mention those sexy surfers you can find in every single beach! It was just too much too take in! So, watch this space because I will be back!

The 100th Post
Do I need to explain more? This is my 100th post of The Ministry of Pleasure and what a way to celebrate this moment on the last day of 2006! Woohoo!

Let there be Love in this World & Wish you a Very Happy 2007!

Well my year has certainly had it's ups and downs and unfortuantely one of my family may not be around much longer.

However I have enjoyed reading this blog since it launched and I look forward to reading more in 2007.

Happy New Year. Hope it's a good one!
