The Place To Be...

I AM BACK! Wow, what a trip! It feels like I just came back from London (it was a bit cold and wet in Melbourne today) and I'm lovin' it. LOL! Can't believe I miss the drizzle and daylight saving. Strange huh? Having said that, there's ONE thing I won't miss about Melbourne...

Although my condoms and lubes didn't come in use (as you can tell from my previous post) over the past four days, I had truly enjoy my time in the capital of Victoria. In a city where the old and the new sat side by side, Melbourne was MUCH MORE metropolitan and culturally diverse than I had imagined. While hundreds of shops and restaurants (you see, I love SHOPPING and EATING) could be found throughout the city, it seemed to me that most of the buildings were architectally designed or artistically decorated to a modern contemporary standard, and that's the kind of city I'd like to live in.

During my stay in Melbourne, I also joined two one-day trips to Great Ocean Road and Philip Island. While the sight of the Twelve Apostles was absolutely breathtaking and well worth the journey, if there's ONE thing cuter than the sexy Victorian men, that'd be the Little Penguins at the Penguin Parade!

They were all so ADORABLE and you'd definitely put a smile on your face (just liked me) if you saw them emerged from the sea and waddled ashore to their sand dune burrows! Too bad I wasn't allowed to take any photos of them =(
