Happy Thanksgiving...

In the U.K. we only 'officially' having turkey once a year in Christmas. But for you guys in N. America, you can 'officially' have turkey TWICE a year, in Thanksgiving and Christmas! How great is that? OK, I have to admit that although turkey is not my most favourite meat (they are kinda tough in texture), but what really counts is the fun of carving the big bird, gathering around the table and celebrating a festival together! Whether it is with your partner, family or friends. Don't you agree?

Turkey doesn't have to be tough - it can be quite tender and juicy if cooked correctly... :)
