I'm 32 and I've been living in London for nearly two years (UK for 18 years) so logically it's about time to have my own property and guess what? After two weeks of exhausting house hunting and viewing, I finally put an offer on one of the flats (that I really like) and it got accepted! WOOHOO!

Home Owner Soon...
