Everyone's A Winner But...

So my FIFTH ANNIVERSARY Competition is over and thank you all for participating! You see, initially I was only going to have ONE winner, yes, it's you GSUS! But I had decided to give out one more gift to PAV, my honorary winner, who is the FIRST and a regular commenter of this blog. So congratulation to you both and I'll contact you two shortly =]

Until then, as the title says, 'Everyone's A Winner' so here's a small gift I'm bringing you to enjoy! The only thing I wanna say about this is, why can't this be happening in London Underground? Arghhh!

Black Out The Sun...

Darren did it again! Black Out The Sun is the second single from his anticipating upcoming album Secret Codes And Battleships. Another brilliant vocal work by the former Savage Garden singer!

Home Owner Soon...

I'm 32 and I've been living in London for nearly two years (UK for 18 years) so logically it's about time to have my own property and guess what? After two weeks of exhausting house hunting and viewing, I finally put an offer on one of the flats (that I really like) and it got accepted! WOOHOO!

What Makes...

I dunno about you guys, but for me, there must be lots of passionate kissing and foreplay before jumping to the real thing. Once we started, I like my top to takes his time, be responsive and be a considerate of not being too forceful. He should be strong and lead the way but not try to be a complete about it. It's like he should be bitter sweet. And yep, should like to cuddle (and kiss) once it's over. In other words, makes me feel like more than a cheap lay.

P.S. Two more days left for my Fifth Anniversary Competition!

Guilty Pleasure...

I just realise my recent Guilty Pleasures have been quite 'clean' and I think maybe it's time to 'dirt' things up, but not now, not after this video, which I found extremely adorable. Clearly both of them have absolutely no clue what the words of Barbie Girl are but they clearly know how to 'horn' the song up, especially Barbie herself! Enjoy =]

P.S. 4 days to go before the deadline of my Fifth Anniversary Competition! Keep the entries cumming!

Yet Another Profile...

"1. Don't pretent you want to be my friend if you just want me to f*ck you. 2. You don't need the key to my heart to get my ass. 3. Being a bottom is far from being passive. 4. If you think that being a top or bottom is some how connected to your masculinity, pls see a shrink. 5. Chating about sex is boring, cause there's often a huge gap between what people say and what they do. 6. I'm a b*tch in life, I'm a slut in bed, and I can deal with both. 7. Great sex is about giving, not receiving. 8. A big tongue doesn't make a good kisser then why a big dick would make a good f*cker? 9. Usually, I have sex with people I like and I only spend the night with people I love.

I'm more into dates than hookups. Although when you meet someone you like, sometimes you have to see what the sex is like first to see if you are compatible in that department and take it from there!"

So what do you think? Is he after sex or dates? Yes, he might come across as a little arrogant, but honestly, I would have him ANY day! And you know what? His point number nine is so true to the point that I would have sex with him throughout the night (and day) =P

P.S. Keep the entries of my Fifth Birthday Competition coming!

Going Home...

The MORE you look the LESS you'll find. It's so true! Take today as an example. I was dertermined I would find some 'action' on the internet. I chatted to a few 'potentials'. I exchanged some messages. And I even arranged to meet with one of them. Unfortunately, things/timing just didn't go your way when you wanted it to. Now sitting at home, making this blog entry, with no 'action' whatsoever. I'm clearly the WEAKEST LINK. Goodbye!

P.S. Where are the entries of my 5th Birthday competition?! C'mon guys, I'm sure you can do better than that!

Yoü And I...

Gaga's known for her out-of-this-world videos and this one basically threw a middle finger to all other videos this year. What other video has mermaid sex (still wondering how does it acutually work), creepy ice-cream truck men, Gaga on Gaga action, psychotic running through cornfields, and not one, but two alter egos thrusting about?

While Jo Calderone, Gaga's male alter ego, pretty much stole the show, it's basically about her roller-coaster relationship with a man who tried to change her and the imagery is stark and ethereal.

This video shares the same theme as many of her other songs: Love is hard, but never sacrifice who you are for someone else. The hunky scientist in the video, played by The Vampire Diaries' Taylor Kinney, is trying to change Gaga's other alter ego, the mermaid Yuyi, from mystical creature to human; a metamorphosis that she tries to resist.

FIVE TODAY...

Believe it or not, today is TMOP's FIFTH anniversary and I really don't know what to say besides thank you, thank YOU and THANK YOU!
Five years ago today, I wrote my very first entry on this blog (which received two precious comments). I started TMOP because back then I was still struggling with my sexuality and I needed a place to escape, a place to express my inner thoughts, a place to share things I love. Well, it turns out, 1,266 blog entries later, that you can learn quite a bit about the big gay world by blogging about it. It also forces you to figure out who I truely am =]

Somewhere along the line, the popularity of this blog grew, so did my sense of responsibility to help (and entertain) others when and where I could. I'm still not that big a deal, not even so much a medium sized deal, but I do what I can to 'fulfill' you as my blog's tagline suggests.
Anyway, instead of receiving present(s) on my blog's birthday, I'm gonna do a giveaway because who doesn't like some free stuff? The first prize winner will recieve a copy of Man's World written by the genius Rupert Smith. I've read the book. It's an enjoyable story about modern-day gay London and the queer underworld of the 1950s. I laughed so much reading it and I just couldn't put it down!
So, to enter the competition, simply email or tell me in the comments section (make sure you provide your contact detail) why you think you deserve to win. Be HONEST! Be CREATIVE! You have until Sunday August 28th, midnight GMT to enter. Ready? Set? GO!

Guilty Pleasure...

To me, Patrick O'Brien is still at the top of my list of my most wanted men and my love/lust for him will never die especially after I picked up a recent copy of QX Magazine (photographed by famous Dylan Rosser) from the shop. From his beautiful eyes down to his hairy treasure trail... I'm in Heaven!

LOL...

Paddy and Murphy decided to go to London to donate some sperm. It was a disaster... Paddy missed the tube and Murphy came on the bus.

Finally...

I managed to share my experience of Amsterdam Pride with all of you and it's INCREDIBLE! You see, this is my first ever Pride outside the UK and I have to say the Dutch know how to party! Just check this video that I recorded at the Pride street after party!

Having been to London Pride for the past three years, Amsterdam Pride has brought a completely new breath of excitement to me. The atmosphere, the floats (they really float!), the colour, the participants, everything. There's nothing like it in England!

To me, it seems that the Dutch are more 'open' and 'free' when it comes to Gay Pride and you can feel the happiness, joy and celebration in the air! Dank u Amsterdam =]

Absolutely Appalling...

You see, I was supposed to tell you all about the excitement of my experience at Amsterdam Pride, but I have to delay that for another time, instead I wanna express my ANGER on what those thugs did (and still happening) around London tonight! Seriously, this is getting totally out of control (as I'm watching BBC live), and I just can't understand why people can get so stupid!

Friday, August 05, 2011

Woohoo...

Guess what? I'm jetting off to Amsterdam this afternoon and will be attending their Pride event on Saturday! If you can't catch it live, don't worry! You'll get to see the famous and fabulous Canal Parade (where floats actually, well, float) live online!

The Canal Parade in Amsterdam is one of the highlights of the Amsterdam Gay Pride festival. This year the Dutch public broadcasting company AVRO will provide an exclusive opportunity to make international online viewing possible.

On Saturday the 6th of August, the entire event will be broadcast live on http://avro.nl/gaypride. This will allow people from across the world to enjoy!

Guilty Pleasure...

So I went to see my gorgeous hubby's (aka Chris Evans) latest movie Captain America last night and he NEVER disappoints me. His soft blond hair, his beautiful brown eyes, his chiseled handsome face, his clean shaven chest, his big strong arms, his tight sexy abs... I can go on and on and on =P

Anyway, just go and watch it. It's fun and entertaining. And make sure you stay right to the very end of the credits for an extra scene!

To Swim Or To Sink...

Beside being able to dance to Gaga's Bad Romance in G-A-Y, to me, gay people have a chance to grow that 'normal' people don't.

We definitely have to think more, deeper, to swim or to sink, to deal with challenges which show you different perspectives of life and reach higher self completion. Coming out (easy to be said than done) sweeps away the hypocritical masks, leave you with friends/families who are true. I'm glad (sometimes) I'm gay, because, think about it, straights can't be that lucky! They don't have such a rare chance to grow!

Bad side? Being gay is just that - to sink or to swim. You can swim, you are lucky. Sink? Suicide, self destruction or in denial. Enough said.
