Prom 63...

Tonight I went 'Prom-ming' at London's prestige Royal Albert Hall with a friend to see the Berliner Philharmoniker, conducted by Sir Simon Rattle, performing Ligeti's Atmosphères, Wagner's Lohengrin: Prelude to Act I, Sibelius's Symphony No. 4 in A minor, Debussy's Jeux, and Ravel's Daphnis et Chloe: Suite No. 2.

My verdict? Absolutely FANTASIC! Plus we had really good seats (it felt like we were sitting in the Royal Box) for only £35!

Sadly Shockingly, today I also found out my line manager had been suspended from her job for the next 12 months (or more) because of fraud. Ouch!

It is truly amazing how many Londoners or those in region have never prommed yet you show it is fabulous experience

Wacky work, suspensions usually paid so reward for suspected wrongdoing?
