Chad 4 Gold...

Swimming is one of my favorite events in the Olympics, and tonight my BIG congratulations go to Chad le Clos, the cute 20-year-old South African, who won the 200m Butterfly.

When Chad won that gold ahead of his 'swimming hero' Michael Phelps, it's honestly the greatest thing I've watched since the Games started. It's so heartwarming and inspiring!

His family are wonderful too, especially his dad! Oh his dad was so funny and it's beautiful to see him so happy for his son and the interview with him lit up my day!

It's just so great to see Chad win, and when he started crying on the podium, I almost started too, because this is what the Olympics is all about, making dreams come true. Well done Chad!

Dive 4 Gold...

Today I'd like to send my BIG congratulations to China's Cao Yuan and Zhang Yanquan, who won gold in the Synchronised 10m Platform final, while Mexico's German Sanchez and Ivan Garcia Navarro took silver ahead of Nick McCrory and David Boudia of the USA, who took bronze.

Sadly for Tom Daley and Pete Waterfield who fell from the top spot and finished forth following a botched fourth dive. Keep it up boys in the individual event!

Oh, today's hottie medal goes to 25-year-old German gymnast Philipp Boy. And FYI, there's nothing boyish about Philipp. He's ALL man! Besides his gorgeous face and to-die-for body, I just love how his hair never gets mussed despite all the acrobatics =]

Olympic Baglifting...

It's the Olympics and almost everything in the UK is shaped around the Games! Take this new Yorkie TV ad as an example - isn't it brilliant or what?! And I'm sure most of us had similar experience after shopping at the supermarket. I sure did, especially the 'door opening' bit =]

And a BIG congratulations to France who overhauled the USA in the closing stages to claim the 4 x 100m Freestyle Relay on Day 2 of the London 2012 at the Aquatics Centre.

Lochte 4 Gold...

I would like to send my congratulations to Ryan Lochte for taking the first gold medal for Team USA in the 400m Individual Medley today, and would also like to award him a medal for being PRETTY DAMN FIT!

LONDON 2012...

Wow! Did you all watch the London 2012 Opening Ceremony? Did you like it? For me, I think Danny Boyle and his team did a SUPERB job and I absolutely, totally, utterly LOVED it to bits!

Before last night, I was a little skeptical about Britain's ability to put on a spectacular opening ceremony, but my skepticism soon ended when I saw the five giant Olympic rings appeared in mid-air, newly forged, still sparking and glowing from the furnace! What a breathtaking scene!

Besides that, I also enjoyed James Bond and the Queen parachuting out of the helicopter, Voldemort battling with Mary Poppins, Mr. Bean and the London Symphony Orchestra playing Chariots of Fire, and of course the climax, the lighting of the Olympic Cauldron by not one, but seven teenage British athletes. What a magical yet symbolic scene of the entire ceremony! Well done Great Britain for a truely British show!

And last but not least, I wanna wish all the athletes of the London 2012 Olympic Games the very best of luck and enjoy the fantastic London =]

Guilty Olympian...

So the final countdown has started, just under 24 hours left before the XXX Olympiad, let me present you Thomas Robert "Tom" Daley, the boy wonder of British diving.

Tom, 18, is an amazing teen from Plymouth who is skilled at high board diving, he's also the second youngest British Olympian of all time. He was ranked 7th in the Men's individual 10m platform in the Beijing 2008 Olympics and he is (one of) Team GB's best hope for medal(s) in this year's Olympics.

He graces the cover of magazines shirtless, makes playful music videos and commercials, has 254,000 Twitter followers and has girls screaming every place he appears. He was also mercilessly bullied as a younger teen, so bad that he had to change schools.

Tom did a big spread for the British magazine Fabulous, dressed in a torn wet, open shirt that exposed his tight diver's body. He talks about the good (having female groupies), the bad (the death of his beloved father from cancer two years ago) and the ugly (the bullying at his former school). Said Tom about the bullying,

"It started off gradually and got worse. It got to the point where if they are taking my legs out in a rugby tackle. Well, that's not very funny."

"It does knock your confidence, and that's why it's so important to have someone to talk to. For me that was my parents. I know lots of kids go through it and I hope they have someone to speak to. Don't be afraid to tell someone."

Amazingly, he was bullied in 2008, months after competing in the Beijing Olympics. Being a star athlete did not make him immune to the taunts, with one bully saying to him, "How much are those legs worth? We're going to break your legs."

In a scenario that plays out a depressing way too many times, Tom says school administrators did nothing to stop the bullying. Things only got better when his parents moved him to another school.

"One of the things my dad taught me was not to worry about what anyone thinks. And as long as I've got my friends and family right behind me, then that's all I need."

"The friends who helped me are still my best friends today. It helped me realize who my true friends were. It made me stronger. I look back and think, 'I came through that,' and I think I'm a better person."

Given the fame and attention he is receiving, Tom must feel like the bullying happened eons ago, but I doubt he will ever truly forget. He is getting the last laugh and those bullies must be green with envy when they see him rising above their taunts and thriving. Tom has a ton of pressure diving in his home country, but he will be among athletes I will be rooting for big time! GO TOM, you are sexy and you know it!

Guilty Olympians...

Jan Frodeno is a 30-year-old German triathlete. He won gold in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Born in Cologne, Frodeno started out as a swimmer in South Africa at the age of 15, and he entered triathlon in 2000. Fun Fact: The reason for Jan to take up triathlon is because there was a girl who he liked and she was a triathlete, so he did it too. Sweet!

By the time he was 13 Thomas Whalan was sick of swimming laps of the pool and began playing water polo. Six years later he was the youngest Australian player on the team competing at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games where the Sharks finished eighth. The outside shooter then competed at Athens 2004, finishing ninth, and Beijing 2008, finishing eighth. Fun Fact: Back in 2001, Thomas had been named the Cleo Bachelor of the Year.

Thomas Pichler is an elite gymnast based in Brisbane, Australia. Originally from Austria, Thomas and his family moved to Australia in 1992. At age 6 he started gymnastics and has been perfecting his gymnastics skills since. Thomas was winner of two gold medals at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, sadly he narrowly missed qualification for the 2012 Olympic Games.

Alexandre Despatie is a Canadian diver from Laval, Quebec. He was the World champion at the 1 and 3 m springboards from 2005 to 2007 and is the first, and so far only, diver to have been World champion in the three categories. Fun Fact: Alexandre had played a small role in a teenage romantic comedy called À vos marques! Party! (On your mark! Party!) which was released in Quebec back in March 2007.

Novak Djokovic, the sexy Serbian professional tennis player and a former World No. 1 is heading back to Wimbledon for the Olympics. Good luck Nole! Fun Fact: Novak started playing tennis because he used to watch tennis courts being built opposite his family's pizza and pancake restaurant. And now, he owns his own restaurant in Serbia called, Novak Cafe & Restaurant.

Guilty Olympians...

As London 2012 is approaching, I'll pump up your Olympic spirit by posting some of my favourite Olympic hotties over the next couple of days. Let me know if I miss someone you like!

24-year-old Matthew Mitcham is everything I dream of, and he also happens to be an Olympic diver. Matthew was born in Brisbane and received the highest single-dive score in Olympic history at the 2008 games. Fun Fact: Matthew Mitcham is openly gay and he's a Gaga's Little Monster!

Carlos Manuel Bocanegra is an American soccer player who played as the vice captain of former Scottish Premier League club Rangers and is the captain of the U.S. national team. Fun Fact: The 33-year-old hunk can attribute his good looks to his Mexican heritage. Pasar la pelota por favor Capitán!

Danell Leyva is a gymnast representing the USA at the 2012 games. He loves the high bar, parallel bars and the floor, but not as much as we love watching him compete! And we definitely wouldn't mind getting flexible with Danell! Fun Fact: Both Danell's parents were gymnasts.

James Magnussen is hunky 21-year-old Australian swimmer (Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi). He's currently the 100 metre freestyle world champion and holds the record for the forth fastest 100 metre swim in history. Fun Fact: James has been nicknamed 'The Missile'.

29-year-old Clemente Russo from Italy is definitely someone I'd like to get into the ring with. Only not to fight! The heavyweight boxer competed in the 2008 Olympics where he won the silver medal, losing the final round and so the competition to Rakhim Chakkhiev. Fun Fact: Clemente is officially sponsored by D&G so in underwear and fully dressed, he looks super hot!

5 Days To Go...

I always LOVE the Olympics. Yes, partly because of all the lean toned swimmers and the muscle-bound gymnasts, but the Olympics also brings people from all over the world together, regardless of their racial, sexual, political or cultural differences, and showcase what they have - FASTER, HIGHER, STRONGER! And the fact that it happens once every four years makes each one so unique and special.

Well, in 5 days time, the world will turn their eyes to London as the Olympic Flame will light up the Olympics Stadium. I'll definitely be watching the opening ceremony and cheering for the atheletes =]

By the way, I'm going to see the semi-final of the men's water polo on 10 August! So get ready for some action of Speedos and muscle!

Guilty Pleasure...

There's something about cowboys that makes me go mmmm - whether it's their stubbled/scruffy look, or the super-machoism, or all that tarnished leather.

Recently, the underwear company Andrew Christian has adapted some Wild Wild West concept in their super HOT video campaign. Just imagine that it's your car that breaks down and Sean Paul Lockhart (aka Brent Corrigan grown up) comes trotting up on a horse in a jock strap! When he asks, "Do you need a hand?" Of course you say YESSS and are lead into the 'ranch' where the first thing you see isn't horses but two gorgeous cowboys'making out (the heavenly gorgeous Colby Melvin and Brandon Robert Brown) in their (whatever) CoolFlex Active Jock with (whatever) Show-It Technology. Sean then leads you over to an old Jeep where the two of you cozy up and your hands end up all over his tight body.

Well, guess what? The party doesn't stop there! Quinn Jaxon takes you for a ride in his wheel barrow and Colby gives you a ride on his tractor you'll never forget - all in jock straps! Anyway, your car might be fixed, but are you actually going to leave? Watch the video and decide for yourself!

MDNA Tour...

Despite the wet British weather, I was so glad that I went to see Her Madgesty at Hyde Park last night. To me, her MDNA Tour was a 7/10 concert. It's better than the Sticky & Sweet Tour but it's not as good as the Confessions Tour, partly because it had been held outdoor and my friends an I were standing quite a distance away from the stage.

As expected, most of the songs were from the MDNA album but she did manage to squeeze in Express Yourself, Papa Don't Preach and Open Your Heart. My favourite though was Vogue, in which her dancers were strutting around with huge hats and tiered skirts on as black and white prints of all the people she mentions popped up on the screen. Towards the end Like A Prayer was sung with Madge sporting an interesting religious sequinned gown and an impressive choir. Highly emotional!

She also gave a bit of a preach about being true to yourself and going with what you believe in, which was all very inspirational, but what I was thinking was - exactly how hard will have to work to have a body like Madge's at 53?

Turn Up The Radio...

So how is Madonna enjoying her European vacation this summer? Well, according to her latest video for Turn Up The Radio, Madonna is doing Italy right. By which I mean that she's dropping her top down, busting her tits out, opening her legs, blowing off the paparazzi and driving around the countryside picking up extraordinarily attractive locals models with no concern for their criminal record or prior commitments. "If you are hot, get in the car!"

Eyes Wide Shut...

I'm a sucker for kissing and it always gets me in the mood. We slowly started taking each other's clothes off and lay on the bed caressing each other's body. His lips starting to lay kisses on me starting from my neck down all the way to my chest, my stomach and then went down to my...

Hold on, let's just stop here for a moment! Before we went all the way down, I wanna check one very important thing - Do you kiss with your eyes open or eyes closed?

For me, I mix it up. I close my eyes to focus on the kiss, but steal peeks at him from time to time because he looks so beautiful from that perspective, with his eyes closed and an expression of pure joy. So I'd say I'm about 95% closed and 5% open =]

Guilty Pleasure...

Remember Anton Antipov, the legandary Belarusian fittness/fashion/underwear model? Well, it doesn't really matter if you don't because now you do! Thanks to photographer Greg Vaughan for this new set of B&W photos that perfectly capture the beauty of Anton. Hmm, am I the only one who is growing hungry as I compose this post? Enjoy!

Danke Sehr...

Hi all, I just got back from my first trip to Germany and I wanna I'm gonna visit it AGAIN! Over the past four days, I visited Düsseldorf, Köln and Bonn, and I loved all three, but especially Köln because it's such a beautiful city with handsome Ger-men, delicious food and rich culture. If only I can speak fluent German, I'd move there!

So what have I done? Well, I drank lots of beer, tried some currywurst (curry sausage), ate lots of schweinshaxen (pork knuckles), saw the magnificent Köln Dom, walked round the old town and visited the El-De Haus, which is the highlight of my whole trip, and last but not least, met up with an awesome German guy and had a great night in a local gay bar. And what have I missed? Madonna's concert at the Lanxess Arena and Cologne Pride =[

Overall, I had a fantastic time and my cousin just informed me that he'll be in Berlin in Sep. Woohoo, another excuse to visit Germany!

Damn It...

I just realised that Madonna is having her concert at Köln's Lanxess Arena tonight. The worst is the fact that I can see the stadium from my hotel room! Arghhh. I wanna go SO badly! Oh well, I guess I just need to wait till her London show in a week's time...

P.S. I love Köln and German guys are HOT!

Show Us Ur PRIDE...

Hi guys! Here is my special update of Pride London 2012 from Cologne. And yes I'm on holiday (again) in Germany till Thursday!.

Anyway, despite the 'cost-cut' and 'scale-down' of this year's Pride, I had lots of FUN this year. Once again, I volunteered to be a steward, but this year instead of stationing in one point on the parade route, we were allocated to walk alongside with the parade and act as a human barrier, which I think it's a brilliant idea (no more silly fences)!

I just hope the weather will be better for next year's Pride and that they can have the floats back as well. Well done London =]
