This is where Google Images helps. You can drag any picture to the search field and it will upload, analyze and find similar pictures to it. Turns out this guy is from the William Higgins collection and his name is "Ivan Sabadovic".

Nice tip. Ivan is incredibly cute, no matter what his name, but it's great to be able to put a name to the photo.
