Czech In...

Spring has finally sprung in the UK and I already have some travelling linded up for this summer. So far Germany, Rome, Vancouver and San Francisco are all down the line, but my first trip (in three weeks' time) is gonna be to the Golden City of Prague!

I've heard a lot of good things about Prague. Tourists have come to marvel at the fairytale-like architecture of the city as well as the warmth and hospitality of the Czechs. So far, I've booked a ticket to see AIDA at the Prague State Opera on the evening I arrive and a bicycle tour the next morning.

By the way, are there any Czech readers here or has anyone been to Prague who can give me some travelling tips? Cheers =]

From what i've seen on Czech Hunter the boys are VERY friendly lol. I went to Prague a coupe of years ago. The old town was nice but i was put off by the amount of tourists. The famous Charles Bridge is now lined with traders and caricature artists so you might have to use your imagination to recreate the fairy tale scenery.
