I Heart...

Forget about One Direction and The Wanted, when it comes to current British boy bands, I'm totally in love with LAWSON, a London-based pop rock band formed four years ago by my (I WISH) boyfriend Andy Brown, the acoustic guitar and lead vocals who has the most gorgeous eyes and sexiest hairy chest, Ryan Fletcher, the bass guitar and backing vocals, Joel Peat, the lead guitar and backing vocals, and last but not least, Adam Pitts, the drum.

Originally from Liverpool, Andy has the world (and me) falling at his feet and his moment in the sun is all the sweeter for the 26-year-old frontman as when he's 19 as he nearly lost his life to a deadly brain tumour. Fortunately, intricate surgery saved his life, and as a thank you, he named his band LAWSON after the name of the brain surgeon who performed the 18-hour operation. Blessed.

LAWSON became BIG in 2012 with three top ten singles and last autumn they released their first studio album, Chapman Square, which reached number four in the charts. I must admit I love every single song on this album but my favourites are Standing In The Dark, Learn To Love Again and Stolen.

As the years have gone on, the band's sound has progressed and matured much like them as artists, and their story continues with the repack of their debut album, Chapman Square/Chapter II.

Released on October 21, the repack has a MASSIVE 18 tracks, with 6 new songs including Brokenhearted, Juliet and the anthemic Parachute. The Deluxe Version also features a bonus disc with 7 acoustic songs, as well as the never before seen Everywhere We Go (The Chapman Square Tour Film).

They have got everything - the (unbelievably) good looks, sex factor and musical talents. They just need to build a more unique sound IMHO.
