Well, it's December 31 and I'm getting ready to sum up another 365 days AGAIN. To be honest, I don’t remember too much of the year that is about to end, but then again I don't remember much of yesterday either. Just kidding. Anyway, 2013 was the year that...

Yes, TMOP had hit a record low with the least number of posts since I started in 2006 and I can't blame anyone but myself! Honestly, I do struggle to find time to blog about 'things' that I really passionate about while I have a full-time job to work around, a mortgage to pay, a Peter Pan to shag, a bunch of friends to entertain etc. So, please forgive me and I promise I'll try harder in 2014!

Yes, I had the chance of my lifetime to visit the West Coast of North America, all thanks to my cousin who tied the knot at the end of July. Vancouver was scenic and relaxing but I was there because of the wedding. Las Vegas was just outrageously over the top, eye opening and 3 days was all that I needed. But San Francisco, you stole my heart! I'm falling completely in love with the city - the old fashioned trams, the creative street arts, the ever-buzzing Fishman's Wharf, the tranquilizing Muir Woods National Park, the gloomy Alcatraz Island, and the FABULOUS rainbow coloured Castro, my highlight of 2013 =]

Yes, I quitted my 4-year permanent hospital job back in the beginning of July, took a career break for 3 months, and restarted working as a self-employed pharmacist since October. Some people think I was mad to do this, but what the hell, you only live once, and there are jobs around as long as I'm willing to work hard!

Yes, I know some of you may be sick and tired (or filled with joy and excitement) of hearing the roller coaster ride between Peter Pan and I. All the breaking up, then getting together, then breaking up again, then getting together again; it's like a never ending story! Honestly, I don't want the story to end. I just don't have the words to say exactly what I think, other than I really enjoy the chapters we've had so far (and yet to come).

Yes, after living in the UK for the past 20 years, I had recently passed the final hurdle of the ever changing immigration rules and nationalized myself as a British citizen after making an oath to Her Majesty the Queen and Her successors to be a good boy, a really good boy and nothing but a good boy =]
